Bench

Giacitura

an upholstered marble bench

A long cream marble bench with a velvet cushion at one end — a place of rest between statement and comfort. The cushion acknowledges the body; the stone refuses to forget its nature.

Rest & Resolve

Stone Made Habitable

Giacitura does something stone rarely does: it invites you to sit. The bench is the furniture of pause — the moment between the door and the room, the bed and the world. In stone, that pause feels permanent.

Form & Function

No Compromise

Every design decision in Giacitura resolves a tension between the hardness of stone and the requirement of use. The edge radii, the surface finish, the proportion of seat to height — each detail negotiated until stone becomes genuinely liveable.

Selected stone types perform well outdoors. We recommend a sealed finish and annual maintenance for exterior installations.

Our benches are tested to carry concentrated loads of 300 kg. Specific load data is available on request for any design.

Upholstered designs include the cushion as standard. Replacement cushions, in your choice of fabric, can be ordered separately.
